GENERAL CONTRACTING STAFF
Lynn brings twenty-five years of management and supervisory experience in both renovation and new construction. As president of the firm, he is currently responsible for executing the objectives of the general contracting, mechanical, and environmental divisions. Before 4Sight, he served for over 15 years at the Blue Hills Neighborhood Association in Kansas City and knows the importance of public private partnerships for effective urban core and neighborhood revitalization.
Vice President of Operations
Known as the firms’ renovation specialist, Allen has an extensive technical background in all trades. With over 30 years’ experience, he ensures projects are bid, scheduled, and implemented correctly. As vice president of operations, he is currently responsible for oversight of project managers, superintendents, and field operations, and is proficient in negotiating contracts, coordinating details with owners, and job cost projections.
Senior Project Manager
A true solutions provider, Ian brings value to the team by creatively finding cost savings, and alternative ways to improve various project functions. Ian is always committed to fulfilling the objectives of the bigger picture by working through the eyes of the developer and owner to implement their goals, not to just complete the contract. He is responsible for planning, coordination and supervision of new construction projects, and is a point-of-contact for owners and/or owner’s agents, and architects.
Rachel R. Treanor,
Director of Business Development and Marketing
Serving the Architectural, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry in Kansas City since 2000, Rachel is responsible for nurturing relationships, generating leads, firm culture, and the firm’s marketing mix and is the point of contact for prospects and potential teaming partners.
As project manager, Adam’s expertise is in finding the best solution to a given situation including efficiency, compliance with tenants, schedule and budget. Adam strives to create positive working relationships with each of his clients to obtain long-term trust and reliance. His ability to self-perform a variety construction trades including; carpentry, plumbing, electrical installation, woodwork and tile, gives him an advantage when securing competitive bids for clients.
Danielle is the primary contact for administrative operations at 4Sight, and has more than 12 year’s experience in Human Resources, Administration, and Accounting. She oversees the hiring process, new hire orientation, employee training and development, and assists Human Resources with personnel management. She manages and implements Standard Operating Procedures for the firm, and ensures all necessary business, occupational, and mechanical licenses are current and maintained.
Senior Project Accountant
As Senior Project Accountant, Tina provides critical professional accounting services for the general contracting division of 4Sight. She is extremely organized and efficient. In addition, she maintains current insurance information, AIA Contractor Qualifications, firm references, and performs internal audits of all project billing, accounts receivable, and accounts payable.
Jennifer has worked for the company since 1995, and has served in varied capacities over that time. Currently, she is responsible for providing accounting, administration and reporting for project related initiatives for both the general contracting and mechanical divisions. She is critical to project management staff and creates and maintains job files, contracts, change orders and imports final estimates.
Tony has worked for 4Sight since 2008, and has mastered a variety of construction trades over his 16-year career. Tony thrives when negotiating and administering contracts with suppliers and subcontractors, overseeing building codes, and implementing health and safety compliance. Other skills include: field employee management, training, estimating, sales, budget controls, problem solving and conflict resolution.
With 40 years experience in the construction and HVAC industry, Al has served in many capacities from superintendent to CEO of his own small business. His integrity and responsible work ethic proves invaluable and reiterates the importance of trustworthiness when coordinating and communicating with a variety of construction trades.
As project superintendent, Andy coordinates daily with the permitting authorities, all trade subcontractors, industry organizations and vendors. Andy is able to ensure construction-related activities are performed in accordance with design, budget, and schedule. Andy exudes the highest level of quality in all that he does.
Director of Service
Matt Sehorn has built his business on the philosophy of providing the best service at the best price, and has enjoyed success in the heating and cooling industry for over 30 years. Matt carries the following licenses and certifications; Master HVAC Mechanical, Class “A” Operating Engineering, Master Plumber and Master Pipe Fitter.
