GENERAL CONTRACTING STAFF
Lynn brings twenty-five years of management and supervisory experience in both renovation and new construction. As president of the firm, he is currently responsible for executing the objectives of the general contracting, mechanical, and environmental divisions. Before 4Sight, he served for over 15 years at the Blue Hills Neighborhood Association in Kansas City and knows the importance of public private partnerships for effective urban core and neighborhood revitalization.
Vice President of Operations
Known as the firms’ renovation specialist, Allen has an extensive technical background in all trades. With over 30 years’ experience, he ensures projects are bid, scheduled, and implemented correctly. As vice president of operations, he is currently responsible for oversight of project managers, superintendents, and field operations, and is proficient in negotiating contracts, coordinating details with owners, and job cost projections.
Director of Administrative Services
As Director of Administrative Services, Tina provides administrative support to the General Contracting division staff and develops the Standard Operating Procedures. She is extremely organized and efficient. In addition, she processes all multi-million dollar project AIA G702/G703 billings, AIA Contracts, Change Orders, and performs internal audits of all project billings, accounts receivable, and accounts payable.
Liz is responsible for financial analysis and reporting, cash management, and performs internal audits of job financial performance, making sure Standard Operating Procedures are being followed. She is also the software applications administrator and is also responsible for creating reports for job tracking and forecasting project performance. Liz has several years experience as a Financial Analyst, software report developer, and internal auditing in Medical, Construction Development, and other regulated industries.
Monica is the primary contact for administrative operations at 4Sight, and has several years experience in Human Resources, Administration, and Accounting. She oversees the hiring process, new hire orientation, employee training and development, and assists Human Resources with personnel management. She ensures all necessary business, occupational, and mechanical licenses are current and maintained.
Senior Project Manager
With over 25 years of experience in multifamily and commercial construction, Tim Johnson will support the firms’ larger new construction endeavors. Tim is able to manage a variety of project types simultaneously, and has proven techniques in expediting construction schedules and implementing value engineering for budgetary savings. Tim is quick and effective in producing construction budget estimates, and as a small business owner, understands the critical components of comprehensive construction consulting.
As project manager, Adam’s expertise is in finding the best solution to a given situation including efficiency, compliance with tenants, schedule and budget. Adam strives to create positive working relationships with each of his clients to obtain long-term trust and reliance. His ability to self-perform a variety construction trades including; carpentry, plumbing, electrical installation, woodwork and tile, gives him an advantage when securing competitive bids for clients.
Craig is responsible for all respective duties related to construction coordination, contractor progress and scheduling. With a background in multifamily housing, and over 30 years of experience, Craig brings valuable technical knowledge to the team. His background in property management and real estate development parallels 4Sight’s history and experience.
Rafael has been with the team since 2000, and works with architects and engineers to ensure any concerns are solved in accordance with design, budget, and schedule. He handles each project efficiently and meets or exceeds expectations upon completion.
Clients rely on Shawn to deliver the most successful construction product possible. Shawn has received numerous positive recommendations from clients and is a critical component to achieving optimal project performance. Shawn exudes excellence in all that he does, and the clients and other team members take notice.
Director of Service
Matt Sehorn has built his business on the philosophy of providing the best service at the best price, and has enjoyed success in the heating and cooling industry for over 30 years. Matt carries the following licenses and certifications; Master HVAC Mechanical, Class “A” Operating Engineering, Master Plumber and Master Pipe Fitter.
