Senior Project Manager

Location: Kansas City

Responsible for representing the firm with clients, contractors, and 4Sight Construction personnel to oversee and direct a wide range of projects.

•Provide leadership, and to establish and maintain effective and harmonious working relationships with all those involved in the project(s).
•Maintain fluid communication with subcontractors.
•Directs team members (employees and contractors) at all levels of contract compliance.
•Selects and coordinates work of subcontractors working on various phases of the project.
•Oversees performance of all trade contractors and reviews drawings to make sure that all specifications and regulations are being followed.
•Responsible for proper administration of and for obtaining all necessary permits and licenses.
•Tracks and controls construction schedule and associate costs to achieve completion of project within the schedule and budget allocated.
•Reports to Owners, Architects, Property Managers and any other authorized Project Representatives about progress and any necessary modifications of the project scope.
•Maintain strict adherence to the budgetary guidelines, quality and safety standards.
•Periodic inspection of construction sites.
•Ensure project documents are complete.

•Must have a valid Driver’s License, where applicable drivers will comply with DOT Commercial Driver License regulations.
•Maintain minimum insurance requirements on vehicles used in company business.
•5 years in the Construction industry, with at least 2 years supervisory experience (preferred).
•Proficient with MS Office, Outlook, and current Windows Operating Systems
•Successfully completed OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 hour courses.
