GENERAL CONTRACTING STAFF

Lynn Lang
President
Lynn brings twenty-five years of management and supervisory experience in both renovation and new construction. As president of the firm, he is currently responsible for executing the objectives of the general contracting, mechanical, and environmental divisions. Before 4Sight, he served for over 15 years at the Blue Hills Neighborhood Association in Kansas City and knows the importance of public private partnerships for effective urban core and neighborhood revitalization.

Tina Frey
Director of Administrative Services
As Director of Administrative Services, Tina provides administrative support to the General Contracting division staff and develops the Standard Operating Procedures. She is extremely organized and efficient. In addition, she processes all multi-million dollar project AIA G702/G703 billings, AIA Contracts, Change Orders, and performs internal audits of all project billings, accounts receivable, and accounts payable.

Allen Helt
Vice President of Operations
Known as the firms’ renovation specialist, Allen has an extensive technical background in all trades. With over 30 years’ experience, he ensures projects are bid, scheduled, and implemented correctly. As vice president of operations, he is currently responsible for oversight of project managers, superintendents, and field operations, and is proficient in negotiating contracts, coordinating details with owners, and job cost projections.

Justin Kreutzer
Controller
Justin is responsible for financial analysis and reporting, cash management, and performs internal audits of job financial performance, making sure Standard Operating Procedures are being followed. He is also the software applications administrator and is responsible for creating reports for job tracking and forecasting project performance. Justin is also a Certified Public Accountant.


Monica Brentano
Office Manager
Monica is the primary contact for administrative operations at 4Sight, and has several years experience in Human Resources, Administration, and Accounting. She oversees the hiring process, employee training and development, and assists Human Resources with personnel management. She ensures all necessary business & occupational licenses are current. Monica also oversees subcontractor compliance and assists with contracts and communication with subcontractors, suppliers and clients.

Michael Cocks
Project Manager
A licensed general contractor, Michael has been directly involved in large technology upgrades and improvements in large commercial projects across the country. Michael’s background overseeing a staff of project management professionals and field installation technicians along with direct supervision over mixed use commercial properties provides the leadership and knowledge to manage a wide variety of projects. Michael is resourceful and effective in finding solutions to difficult problems during all phases of the construction process. He works hard in building rapport with owners, developers, engineers, architects, and subcontractors to meet project objectives.

Eric Hill
Project Manager
With over 40 years of field and construction management experience, Eric’s background includes both new and renovation of retail, multi-family, and commercial construction projects. Eric’s diversified background enables him to manage all types of our client’s needs. His communication skills lead to strong relationships with all stakeholders involved in the building process. His collaborative approach to each project is the key to the successful desired outcomes.

Troy Isenberger
Project Manager
Troy has been in the construction industry for over 30 years beginning in the residential industry with his father. Troy has outstanding leadership skills, knows how to communicate clearly with owners, architects, subcontractors and suppliers to carry projects through completion. He is also proficient with the computer and the intricate details of each of the projects he manages.

Craig Linn
Superintendent
Craig is responsible for all respective duties related to construction coordination, contractor progress and scheduling. With a background in multifamily housing, and over 30 years of experience, Craig brings valuable technical knowledge to the team. His background in property management and real estate development parallels 4Sight’s history and experience.

Brent Worboys
Senior Superintendent
Brent brings over 25 years of construction leadership with project experience in over 8 different states. He knows how to work with people to encourage their top performance while maintaining respect with each individual. He is tenacious when it comes to following the project schedule and knows the importance of keeping the momentum throughout each project and leading by example.

Rafael Yepez
Superintendent
Rafael has been with the team since 2000, and works with architects and engineers to ensure any concerns are solved in accordance with design, budget, and schedule. He handles each project efficiently and meets or exceeds expectations upon completion.

Darin Glaze
Superintendent
Darin’s initiative, energy and results-oriented mind-set make him a valuable team member at 4Sight. He has experience in a variety of industrial, commercial and multifamily projects. His knowledge of maintaining budgets, supervising and scheduling contractors on job sites is invaluable.
Darin has 15 years of experience in the construction industry and enjoys seeing the job progress and delivering the finished product to the client.

Colin Mulvihill
Assistant Project Manager
Colin brings attention to detail and thoroughness in process execution to the 4Sight team. His various hands-on experience with electrical, plumbing, drywall, painting, concrete and irrigation systems also add to his proficient communication with subcontractors and suppliers for project coordination. In addition, Colin has CAD Design, Budget and Contract knowledge; key strengths in assisting the team with project management.

Tony Milam
Superintendent
Tony brings a wealth of knowledge with his diverse background in managing HVAC, masonry and framing divisions. With nearly 30 years of construction experience, he knows how to successfully navigate through project challenges and also help reduce or eliminate anticipated difficulties. Tony’s attention to detail and his solid follow-through skills provide a strong support to project completion.
