Communities across the nation respond to homelessness in a variety of ways. In Grand Island Nebraska, veterans will have a housing alternative starting in the fall of 2016. That option is Victory Place, a 26-unit apartment complex that achieved its financial closing, and in under construction on the Grand Island VA campus. 4Sight Construction is the General Contractor, and the architect is Rosemann and Associates. The recent good weather has accelerated the construction schedule.
